Insurance Executive

Responsibilities :

• Administration work for general insurance such as arranging cover, providing solutions on insurance matter and handling claims.
• Prepare quotation, sending policies and invoices to insured and follow up on premium payment.
• Ensure that all policies / endorsements are issued accurately and promptly.
• Ensure all records and documents are properly stored and maintained.
• Liaise directly with superior, HODs and panel insurance companies in all insurance related matters.
• Promptly attend to all enquires, incoming calls, complaints, and correspondence from insureds (both internal and external).
• To carry out any other duties and job functions instructed from time to time by the Company.
