Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Forecast procurement needs based on production schedules or sales projections.
- Review and analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Source and evaluate new suppliers to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and reliability.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain good relationships and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality or payment.
Purchasing Operations
Supervise daily purchasing activities including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery follow up.Ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods, and services according to company standards.Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, warehouse etc.) for material and service needs.Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.Oversee and maintain proper purchasing records, contracts, and supplier database.Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.With relevant experience specifically in F&B industry.Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin, both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.Strong negotiation skill, communication and analytical skills.Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.Good team player, with coordination skills and proactive.#J-18808-Ljbffr
