As part of the continued growth, we are seeking a qualified Architect (Part 3) to join theJohor team, taking a leadership role in design coordination, consultant management, and project delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project & Design Management

• Lead and coordinate architectural design development in line with project objectives, statutory requirements, and client expectations.
• Review, guide, and manage the work of consultants and design teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Liaise closely with clients, stakeholders, and authorities on design matters, submissions, and approvals.
• Ensure all architectural deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
