Senior Asset Integrity Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Asset Integrity Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Senior Asset Integrity Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and reliable operation of our client’s assets, with a focus on asset management, risk management, and asset integrity. Day-to-day tasks include performing asset condition assessments and coordinating maintenance or repairs as needed. This is a full-time position. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, materials science or another applicable field. Minimum of 5-7 + years of professional experience in the field. Understanding of refineries, petrochemical complexes, or oil and gas production facilities. Knowledge of metallurgy, non-destructive testing (NDT), and asset integrity management. Experience with risk-based inspection and fitness-for-service assessments. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, equipment manuals, and other technical documents. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as API, ASTM, ASME, and OSHA requirements. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Certifications in NDT methods, API certifications, or ASNT Level III certification are a plus.
