Job Overview

AVEVA is a global leader in industrial software. We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Engineer with a strong background in hybrid Windows platforms to join our growing team. The IDAM Engineer will deliver and maintain modern and legacy infrastructure to support a rapidly growing software company, enhancing the organization’s security posture through technical hands‑on work and collaboration on transformational security projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IAM and messaging systems, operating multi‑site Active Directory domains and forests, including cloud components within Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and document guidelines and processes for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining essential infrastructure services.
• Respond promptly to critical incidents and drive their resolution.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date architecture diagrams and system documentation.
• Deliver level‑2 support and coordinate with technology vendors for incident diagnosis and standard infrastructure changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
• Work with security teams to harden infrastructure, monitoring for malware and unauthorized access.
