Overview
Accountable for assigned projects / assignment and ensure realization in terms of scope, timeline, cost and customer satisfaction as per project requirement.
Responsibilities include providing technical assistance and field service to customers, coordinating product and system activities, reporting, and supporting sales and customer personnel.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and field service to customers by performing one or more of the following :
Engineering assistance; application programming specifications, etc.
Field service installation, start-up, integration, system optimization and maintenance.Troubleshooting of hardware and software problems at customer site.Provide customer coordination of the products and systems by performing the following functions :On-site analysis and specification preparation.
Hardware configuration – system and product application.Programming assistance.Technical support – field start-up, integration and maintenance.Documentation.Testing and acceptance.Provide proper reporting of technical, administrative and accounting information as required.Provide technical assistance to sales and customer personnel on product applications to include alternatives, recommendations, explanations, surveys, etc. to meet the customer’s requirements.Assist in training customers in the application, operation, adjustment and proper maintenance of equipment.Provide feedback concerning safety and liability issues as it relates to the application of products.Maintain assigned equipment to insure good operating conditions and calibration.Other duties to be assigned by Immediate Supervisor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
