AI Automation Engineer

Overview

We’re looking for a passionate AI Engineer who’s familiar with Generative AI tools and automation frameworks to help us design prototypes and explore real-world applications of AI across different business functions.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Design prototypes and explore real-world AI applications across different business functions.
• Design and implement AI automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Build and integrate Generative AI applications (chatbots, assistants, auto-reporting tools).
• Connect AI services with existing systems — ERP, CRM, HR, and IoT dashboards.
• Experiment with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and AI agent frameworks to create intelligent internal tools.
• Work with functional consultants and business users to identify pain points where AI can add value.
• Evaluate and document new AI tools, libraries, and methods for internal adoption.
• Support proof-of-concept projects and help translate business needs into scalable AI workflows.
