With the approval of the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia, Manipal International University was renamed as MILA University in 2023. To establish a leading business school in Asia , MILA University is inviting applications for Lecturer / Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor in Finance & Accounting.

We hope to find enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a strong record of professional practice, academic research, and / or enterprise activities in business management who can contribute to the growth of the Business School of MILA University .

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high quality teaching and learning activities in line with the strategy of the University.
• Provide timely student support and effective feedback to students to enhance the student experience and achievement.
• Provide pastoral guidance to students when appropriate.
• Contribute to the planning, design and development of subjects and programs in line with the strategy of the University.
• Participate in external and professional engagements that develop the enterprise activities of the University.
• Plan, organize and carry out research activities that support the strategy of the University.
• Secure appropriate funding to carry out a personal research plan.
• Work proactively with colleagues to achieve strategic outcomes of the University.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to colleagues within the university to resolve complex problems (for those appointed at Senior Lecturer level).
• Any other responsibilities entrusted by the University.
