Job description
Job Responsibilities :
To prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
To organise and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
To implement and maintain office systems
To manage schedules and calendars
To arrange and confirm appointments
To safe keeping of confidential documents
To manage Partners’ claims
To assist with special project(s), as assigned, and completes it timely
Job Requirement :
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Accounting / Finance / any Business Studies or equivalent.
Positive and Can-do attitude
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good communication in English and Malay language for both spoken and written
