Job Responsibilities :

  • To prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • To organise and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
  • To implement and maintain office systems
  • To manage schedules and calendars
  • To arrange and confirm appointments
  • To safe keeping of confidential documents
  • To manage Partners’ claims
  • To assist with special project(s), as assigned, and completes it timely

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Accounting / Finance / any Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Positive and Can-do attitude
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication in English and Malay language for both spoken and written
