What You Do
- Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Analyze competitor activities and strategies.Provide insights to develop effective marketing campaigns.Forecasting and Strategic PlanningDevelop accurate sales and demand forecasts for oncology products based on market data, historical performance, and industry trends.
Collaborate with sales and supply chain team to align forecasts with production and inventory levels.Continuously monitor and adjust forecasts based on market dynamics, seasonality, and demand.Product PromotionDesign and implement marketing strategies to promote oncology products.
Create and manage promotional materials that align with regulatory standards and global content.Conduct events such as product launches, advisory boards, seminars, and workshops for healthcare professionals.Customer EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
Deliver presentations to educate stakeholders about product benefits and positioning.Respond to inquiries from clients and healthcare professionals from a marketing and commercial point of view, representing appropriately at all times.Collaboration and TeamworkWork closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales objectives.
Collaborate with regulatory, medical, and legal to ensure compliance with industry standards.Digital MarketingManage editorial plans, including email marketing, digital campaigns, and customers’ digital segmentation.
Leverage analytics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies as needed.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure all marketing activities comply with local pharmaceutical regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities for audits and reviews.Reporting and Performance MonitoringPrepare regular reports on marketing performance, sales trends, and ROI.
Present findings and recommendations to management for strategy improvement.Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales (typically 2-5 years).Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., HSA, ACE, SAPI, NPRA).Good communication and negotiation skills, including fluency in English.Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory guidelines.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical thinking and proficiency in market research.Digital marketing expertise.Time management and multitasking abilities.Demonstrated ability to manage projects, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong ethical understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.Innovative mindset to adapt to changing market trends.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.What We Offer
