Data Center Security Manager

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years of experience in managing and operating security systems in large data centers or enterprises.
• Proficiency in technical research and solution design in the field of physical security, with a foundational understanding of data center physical security and a keen insight and strong judgment regarding new technologies.
• Strong capability in responding to large-scale security incidents, with preference given to candidates who have experience in Red Teaming.
• Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, with a willingness to tackle complex problems and the ability to analyze existing problems, identify the root cause, and formulate solutions that address the issues.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of initiative and responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.
• Language proficiency in Chinese and English is required as the role need to coordinate with the HQ in China.
