Legal Specialist-Procurement for Cloud

Job Description

This role supports Oracle's cloud businesses and includes conducting contract negotiations, project management and contract lifecycle management in a dynamic, fast‑paced and exciting business environment supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

• Manage complex contract negotiations supporting Data Center build‑out and construction (tenant improvements) as well as Networking master contracts (focus on Legal terms).
• Negotiate country‑specific agreements under a global master to implement local laws / regulations where necessary.
• Perform contract review and analysis to determine contract obligations, requirements and remedies.
• Assist in preparing and drafting contract and service order documents.
• Work cooperatively with internal stakeholders to meet business operation and cost objectives.
