Legal Counsel (Hybrid)

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts across SEA in a timely manner.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients on contract-related matters.
• Provide legal advice on contracts, disputes, and other business issues.
• Review and advise on other legal or commercial documents (e.g., leases, employment contracts, demand letters).
• Develop and implement contract management processes.
• Support compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and industry regulations in SEA and Greater China.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on new regulations affecting business operations.
• Prepare and maintain legal documentation and a regulatory reference library.
• Assist with licensing and registration processes across the region.
• Liaise with external legal advisers when required and handle other ad hoc legal matters.
