Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor stock levels and identify
purchasing
needs
Track orders and ensure timely deliveryUpdate internal database with order details(date, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Maintain update records of invoices andquotation.
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure allproducts arrive in good condition
Sourcing and getting quotations, negotiateterm
and price with suppliers.
Handle oversea shipment.Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a SPM,STPM,
Diploma, Degree at any field
2 – 3years work experience in related fieldPrefer Chinese female candidatesGood communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsStrong Computer Skills – MS OfficeSalary range : RM 3,500.00
