Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood educators
• Guide daily school operations to ensure a nurturing, high-quality learning environment
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and staff
• Drive school enrollment, maintain standards, and uphold the Starway mission
• Step into the classroom as needed—lead by doing, not just directing
• Support children aged 1.5–6 in their emotional, cognitive, and social development
• Coach students to build real-life skills through gentle, purposeful guidance
• Observe, wait, and guide—no shouting, just heart-led connection
• Communicate with children and families in Mandarin and English to foster strong bonds
