Minimum commitment : 1 year. Leadership role in early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood educators
- Guide daily school operations to ensure a nurturing, high-quality learning environment
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and staff
- Drive school enrollment, maintain standards, and uphold the Starway mission
- Step into the classroom as needed—lead by doing, not just directing
- Support children aged 1.5–6 in their emotional, cognitive, and social development
- Coach students to build real-life skills through gentle, purposeful guidance
- Observe, wait, and guide—no shouting, just heart-led connection
- Communicate with children and families in Mandarin and English to foster strong bonds
