Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities : Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover new business prospects.
• Develop strategic partnerships : Build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead commercial initiatives : Drive new product introductions, market entry strategies, and pricing models in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
• Support innovation : Work closely with technical teams to translate customer challenges into product development opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals : Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Monitor performance : Track KPIs, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction to ensure sustainable growth.
• Represent the company externally : Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and solutions.
