Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Logistic / Transportation / Supply Chain / Maritime, other equivalent. Working experience in Logistics or Sea freight or Airfreight forwarding Sales / Sales Support / Customer Services required. However, fresh graduates with good academic results are encouraged to apply Posses the ability and desire to sell, excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition. Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and analysis. Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
Responsibilities
- To handle and identify customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on booking confirmation and monitoring of shipments.
- Proactive in communication with oversea business partners.
- Execute the daily customer service task; email / send pre-alert, update shipment schedules, prepare reports required, documentation / filing and billing and others.
- To identify and solve problems in a timely manner and find alternative solutions
- Relationship with Airlines / Ocean liners will be an added advantage.
- To liaise with Operation Team / Airlines / Ocean liners.
- To carry out any duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
- To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
