Job descriptionManage daily banking activities, including deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliations. Liaise and coordinate with banks on trade facilities such as Letters of Credit (LCs), Telegraphic Transfers (TTs), bank guarantees, and loan arrangements. Prepare, submit, and track documentation for trade facilities, loan drawdowns, and related applications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all banking and facility transactions in the accounting system. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany transactions, deposits, payments, and settlements. Manage financing and cash flow, including reimbursement reviews and accounting processing. Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and cash flow management for the division. Monitor facility utilization and support financial forecasting and analysis. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct cost analysis, variance reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Participate in financial statement analysis and provide improvement proposals. Track and manage infrastructure project accounting. Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting principles, and banking / tax regulations. Collaborate with internal departments, external auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial processes. Support audit, evaluation, and financial planning tasks as assigned by management. Required to liaise with China HQ regarding financial reports
