About the role

Dynivest Progress Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects in the Selangor region. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional project management skills.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders, including clients and senior management
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and records
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members

What we\'re looking for

  • 8 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
  • Familiarity with construction industry regulations, codes, and safety standards
  • A bachelor\'s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
