About the role
Dynivest Progress Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects in the Selangor region. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional project management skills.
What you\'ll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders, including clients and senior management
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain detailed project documentation and records
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members
