Job Summary :
As a Receptionist, you will create meaningful first impressions, ensure seamless arrivals and departures and deliver thoughtful, personalized service that reflects Trinidad Group values of connection, authenticity and contemporary hospitality.
Main Duties :
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls and taking message.
- Assist guest with inquiries, request, directions, providing knowledgeable recommendations and thoughtful support.
- Provide administrative support.
- Ensuring the accommodation is presented in clean and well-maintained.
- Maintaining a neat and professional receptionist environment to reinforce a good corporate image.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required by Admin Executive.
Requirement :
Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate.Minimum 1 years experience in receptionist or customer service.Strong interpersonal skills and good looking.Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
