Job descriptionBasic salary RM4500–RM6000 EPF, SOCSO, EIS 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8 : 30am–5 : 30pm) Professional growth and exposure to top international beauty brands. Conduct product knowledge and treatment protocol training. Deliver sales and customer service workshops. Develop and update training materials. Provide on-site support and hands-on training. Evaluate training effectiveness and support ongoing development. Act as a brand ambassador and build strong client relationships. Maintain training records and coordinate logistics.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Beauty Therapy or related field (CIBTAC / CIDESCO / SKM preferred).
- We welcome applications from Trainers in general, provided they have personal experience or exposure with beauty products and genuine knowledge of what works and what doesn’t.
- 3–5 years as a beauty therapist, ideally with training experience.
- Skilled in skincare, treatment techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Willing to travel locally for training sessions.
