About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and culturally attuned Creative Strategist to lead the development of breakthrough ideas, campaigns, and content that elevate our brand and drive business impact. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, design execution, and trend intelligence , making it ideal for someone who understands both the big idea and the production behind it.
You will conceptualise campaign directions, lead creative strategy across digital channels, identify emerging creative trends, and translate insights into high-performing video, social content, and digital ads. If you’re equal parts strategist and creator, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities :
Creative Strategy & Concept Development
- Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts, campaign themes, taglines, and storytelling directions.
- Translate marketing objectives into strong creative strategies that resonate with digital audiences.
- Build brand narratives and messaging frameworks to support performance marketing, social, product launches, and content pushes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure unified creative direction across all touchpoints.
Trend Listening & Creative Intelligence
Monitor and analyse emerging trends in digital design, advertising, creator culture, storytelling, formats, and platform-specific behaviours.Identify opportunities for 123RF to jump onto trends, cultural moments, or new creative formats.Conduct competitor creative analysis and benchmark creative performance across industries.Hands-On Creative Production
Conceptualise and design static ads, banners, social graphics, moodboards, and campaign visual directions.Edit and produce short-form video content (ads, social videos, product explainers).Lead storyboarding, visual direction, and creative scripting for marketing videos.Oversee creative output to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.Campaign + Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with performance marketing to develop high-converting creative variations.Partner with content, social, and product teams to create integrated creative campaigns.Provide creative leadership during brainstorming, reviews, shoots, and post-production.Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, design, or digital marketing.Excellent command of English and ability to strategise on multiple countries and regions.Strong ability to turn consumer insights and data into actionable creative ideas.Deep understanding of digital advertising formats (Meta, TikTok, Google, display, video, social).Solid hands-on design skills : static graphic design, ad layout, digital banners, social assets.Strong video editing capabilities (short-form ads, reels, TikToks, motion-based content).Sharp copywriting instincts- able to guide messaging, hooks, and campaign angles.Up-to-date knowledge of creative trends, design styles, cultural behaviours, and platform best practices.Strong communication and presentation skills - able to pitch ideas and defend creative rationale.Ability to multitask across multiple briefs and deliver high-quality output under timelines.Bonus Skills
Experience working with creative AI tools (image, video, copy).Familiarity with stock content production or visual content marketplaces.Benefits
