Role
- Provide leadership and execution on multiple OCM projects and initiatives, and manage strategic OCM efforts as needed
- Advise and influence project timelines based on change management needs
- Work closely with business partners to better understand specific OCM requirements
- Research, recommend, create business cases, and implement tools and technologies to support OCM initiatives
- Identify and manage resistance
- Provide leadership for internal and external OCM resources in executing Change Management strategy
- Create and implement a process for evaluating the change effort of projects and work with the Portfolio team on using this in project forecasting, planning & prioritization
- Serve as an active member of the Organizational Change team providing feedback, gaps, concerns as well as taking part in creating solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's and / or Master's Degree10+ years of progressive end-to-end organizational change management delivery experience working with external clientsDemonstrated experience as an organizational change management practitionerExperience working on transformation projects, preferably in a fast-paced consulting / professional services set-upOrganizational change management experience in implementation of large, complex ERP systems is highly preferredExperience in leading and mentoring people as part of the project life cycle and creating excellence / key standards within the teamExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalExceptional interpersonal and client skills, with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executivesDemonstrated leadership, client management, project management and business development skillsAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travelWhat Avasant Offers
