Specialist, Master Data

The Specialist, Master Data will manage and maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data (including customer, vendor, and product data across various systems). This role ensures data quality, supports business operations, and upholds compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data management principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Maintain, update, and validate master data related to customers, vendors, and products to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor and enforce data governance policies and procedures to uphold data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, etc.) to support data-related initiatives.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in master data records.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to data management.
• Assist in system implementations, migrations, and enhancements by providing master data expertise.
• Generate reports and analyze master data trends to support business decision-making.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on master data management best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance and management processes.
