Role : About your role

As part of our Sales team, your main responsibility is to drive used vehicle acquisition by visiting new car showrooms and building strong dealer relationships. This is a dynamic, target-driven role where you will actively recruit new sales agents, guide customers through pricing discussions, and manage the sales process end-to-end — from initial engagement to inspection and handover.

What you’ll be doing

(New Car Showroom)

• Daily visit to New Car Showrooms to facilitate the used vehicle acquisition process.
• Actively recruit new sales agents to expand business opportunities.
• Guide customers through the sales process including presenting and negotiating prices.
• Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
• Assist in arranging car inspections and handovers upon customer’s request.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all relevant departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current process flows and campaigns.
