Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Executive Sales Consultant based in Petaling Jaya, with some work‑from‑home acceptable. The Executive Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, providing sales consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating clients’ needs to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Consulting, Consulting, and Customer Service
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and address client needs
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal with Strong Convincing Technique to apply during work performance
• Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in Financial (Account, Tax, Audit, Finance & Business Consultancy), Digital Marketing or Web Development services, Corporate Training is a plus
