The Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager / Head of Product / Chief Product Officer to lead the development and growth of their mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance, a keen understanding of gamification principles, and a strong commercial acumen. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a product that not only meets their customers' needs but also drives business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Implement gamification strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in insurtech and product management.
Requirements
Have day 0 and day 1 experience in a startup.Proven experience as a Product Manager in the tech industry, preferably within insurtech or fintech and gamification.Demonstrated experience in building and launching successful mobile and web applications.Strong understanding of gamification principles and their application in product development.Excellent commercial sense with a track record of driving product revenue and growth.Understand the importance of A / B testing and able to run the testing independently.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in A / B testing and analysis tools.Minimum 5 years of experience in user research, product management, or product design, with a focus on retention.Experience with data analytics and user research.
