About the job

• Access claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions.
• Efficient claims handling to meet cycle time targets and ensure accurate payments.
• Handle agents and client enquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate with other branches to ensure smooth claims handling.
• Attend to any other tasks assigned from time to time.
• Compile claims cycle time statistics.
• Supervise and develop subordinates.
• Establish, maintain and update proper documentation and claim guidelines, policies, and processing procedures.
• Take accountability for business and regulatory compliance risks and mitigate them effectively.
• Stay aware of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand risks and safeguard the company.
• Highlight potential concerns / risks and share best risk‑management practices proactively.
