We are hiring

We are seeking a highly capable and driven Finance Lead – Financial Planning & Analysis to join our finance team. This role will be pivotal in leading the team to provide strategic financial guidance, analysing performance, collaborating with other departments, and reporting insights to senior management.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to work cross‑functionally and act as a trusted finance partner to the business supporting and influencing key decisions across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, assess performance against plans, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Leading the annual budget process and preparing regular forecasts (monthly and quarterly) for revenues, expenses, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Preparing accurate and timely management reports, variance analysis and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Collaborating with leaders across various departments (e.g. products, marketing, business development, operations) to align financial goals with business objectives and support decision making.
• Continuously evaluating and improving FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Managing, coaching and mentoring a team of analysts, fostering their professional development.
