Oversee all aspects of financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate financial closings within the industrial / manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audit processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial reporting procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business operations and strategic decision‑making.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to foster professional development and high performance.
