Product / Marketing Manager

Job Overview

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored for the Malaysian home appliances market to achieve business objectives.

Lead and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives (including social media and e-commerce).

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the home appliances industry.

Collaborate closely with sales, product development and distribution teams to align marketing efforts and support product launches.

Manage the marketing budget and optimise spend to maximise ROI.

Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, preparing reports and insights for senior management.

Build strong relationships with media agencies, vendors and other external partners.

Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years experience in product / marketing, preferably with exposure to the Malaysian and overseas market.
• Strong communication, leadership and time‑management skills.
• Creative, result‑oriented, and able to work independently.
