Job descriptionDeliver a minimum monthly sales productivity of RM2.5 million in mortgage loans. Build and sustain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, lawyers, valuers, and real estate agents , to drive continuous business opportunities. Identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to expand the customer base. Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and credit and service standards. Exercise due diligence in all Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) processes, including account openings, verification of documents, and reporting of suspicious transactions. Maintain data accuracy and ensure all customer income documents are properly verified and original‑sighted. Conduct thorough face‑to‑face interviews with customers to ensure authenticity and understanding of loan requirements. Opportunity to grow your career in the mortgage and retail banking industry. Primary Objective
Drive the acquisition of new mortgage loans by achieving personal sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in helping customers realize their homeownership goals while cross‑selling MRTA products to achieve the required penetration rate.

- Achieve assigned personal sales targets for mortgage loans.
- Attain and maintain a minimum MRTA penetration rate of 80% through proactive cross‑selling and customer engagement.
