Senior Staff Technician Technology Support GaN

Act as a technology technician and serve as a link between the development engineering group and wafer fab operations to jointly develop a new GaN technology in Kulim wafer fab.

• Perform experiments including wafer handling, wafer split preparation, wafer processing, and lot movement and logistics.
• Support the technology development group with analysis for PFA / FA submissions, microscope inspections, inline measurements, and further development activities.
