Job descriptionMaintaining records of employee attendance, leave and overtime Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and PCB Responsible for recruitment and interviews, selecting outstanding talents. Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file. Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations To prepare and compile documents for timely submission to the Management and the relevant government authorities To assist in handling of foreign worker issues including work permit application, renewal, and termination; Handle other office administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations. Fluently in Mandarin, Basic English and Malay (both spoken and written) Possess at least a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields At least 3 years of Human Resource Management or related experience Have knowledge in Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act Experience in monthly payroll processing Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills Perform responsibilities without supervision Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet 5 day workweek Recruitment Incentive EPF, SOCSO, EIS starting from the probation period Medical Leave, Annual Leave Medical Claims Monthly Fixed Allowance Monthly Performance Bonus Annual Bonus even if you’ve worked for less than a year Company Trip, Team Building Activity One and a half hours of lunchtime Near public transportation (LRT / MRT)

Responsibilities
- Process payroll information and compute pay and benefit entitlements for employees
处理员工薪资，计算工资和其他福利
维护员工考勤、请假和加班记录
及时准备并提交EPF、Socso和PCB
负责招聘与面试，选拔优秀人才。
维护员工档案，及时更新员工个人信息。
处理员工的问题，确保遵守公司政策和法规
准备和整理文件，及时提交给管理层和相关政府部门
协助处理外籍员工的问题，包括工作签证的申请、续签和终止。
处理其他办公室行政事项，确保办公室运作顺畅。
Qualifications
精通中文，基本英语与马来语（口语与书写）
最低学历要求拥有人力资源或相关领域的文凭 / 学位
拥有至少三年人力资源管理或相关工作经验
具有劳动法令或相关政府法令知识
有处理每月薪资的经验
出色的问题解决能力，能够应对突发情况或复杂状况。
积极的态度，责任心强，良好的沟通技巧。
能够在无监督下独立履行职责
能够快速学习新技能和获取知识。
熟练使用Microsoft Office - Word和Excel，用于准备人力资源文件以及时间管理、请假和考勤表格。
