Join our thriving team at STRATEGIC MORTGAGE ADVISORY SDN. BHD. as a Home Loan Advisor. In this full-time position based in Selangor, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through the mortgage process and helping them achieve their homeownership dreams.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their financial goals and needs
Research and analyse mortgage products from various lenders to identify the best solutions
Prepare detailed loan proposals and presentations for clients
Assist clients throughout the application and approval process, ensuring a seamless experience
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and guidance
Collaborate with the broader team to share insights and contribute to the company's growth

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry

Strong understanding of the Malaysian mortgage market, including products, regulations, and industry trends

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner

Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining client relationships

Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to achieve sales targets

Proficiency in using mortgage-related software and tools

Relevant qualifications in finance, banking, or a related field
