Job Description
- To represent Etiqa and drive Bancassurance business for Affluent & High Networth segments through Relationship Manager and Insurance Advisor collaboration
- Conduct joint sales appointment with Maybank sales people and make appropriate wealth management recommendations through insurance that meet customers’ needs at different life stages
- To provide an end to end support from pre-sales homework to joint sales appointments. Pre-sales homework includes customer profiling and targeting the right customers in order to provide total wealth solutions from wealth creation to wealth distribution
- With the insurance and sales experience, Insurance Advisor to conduct joint sales appointment together with the Relationship Manager in order to provide recommendations that meet customer’s insurance needs at different life stages.
- Prior to customer appointment, Insurance Advisor to guide Relationship Manager on the completion of customer profiling. Based on customer profile, both Relationship Manager and Insurance Advisor are able to position the recommended solution based on customer needs.
- Insurance Advisor to provide technical support to Relationship Manager during joint sales appointment in the aspect of product.
- Undertake to impart product knowledge to Relationship Managers through joint sales appointment, refresher training and new product launch.
- Hold regular meetings with Centre Managers and Relationship Managers for sales activities monitoring, financial and business updates.
Job Requirements
Degree in any disciplineMin 3 years experience in financial institution. Preferably insurance sales.PCEIA, TBE and CEILI. Preferably RFP or CFP or LOMACustomer profiling and concept selling capabilitiesSales person with strong interpersonal skillsGood command of English and business writing skillsSeniority level
