The Position
As an ERP Business Analyst you will be responsible for the requirement gathering, development and implementation of different analytics initiatives in collaboration with other stakeholders and team members within and beyond your business line.

What you’ll be working on
Partner with colleagues, peers and stakeholders globally, and work on initiatives and projects in different regions and time zones
Support your organization in utilizing, synthesizing and integrating data to form insights that guide our results and strategies, and help senior decision makers understand the landscape we work in and identify additional financial value-adding opportunities
Responsible for the delivery and support of various analytics solutions, such as Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Dashboards, Operational Performance Reports, Forecasting Reports or Process Efficiency Reports
Facilitate requirement gathering and translate user requirements into technical specifications
Participate in deployment of analytics projects to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance. Participate in exploratory projects to evaluate new technologies and establish new services. Perform demos, project reviews, and retrospectives; communicate ideas for continuous improvement and willingly receive feedback for self-improvement
Collaborate in an agile and cross-functional team with other Data & Analytics Specialists, Data Scientists, Automation experts as well as business experts, so our Roche peers and patients will receive AMAZING solutions. Maintain analytics solutions in collaboration with different peers & stakeholders.
Embrace new ways of working with fast iterations, lean documentation and planning, close alignment to our colleagues from business and IT and close communication across global teams.
The ideal candidate

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. information technology, computer science, statistics, finance / economics) or equivalent experience in the area of data & analytics
5+ years of analyst / reporting experience, ideally in an environment with transactional processes (Finance, Procurement, IT)
Tools and systems proficiency : SAP ERP (R3 & S4 HANA); SAP BW, BW / 4HANA; SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau or QlikView
Excellent analytical mindset with ability to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Strong communication, networking skills, someone who enjoys working with others and acts as a team player. Strong customer centric, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to propose different solutions for the customers’ needs.
Strategic and holistic mindset with the ability to manage topics in agile / matrix organizations
