Senior Test Engineer (ICT / FCT / Automation)

Responsibilities

• Understand customer test requirement and provide test concept.
• Work together with customer and supplier to accomplish testers and testing fixtures design, manufacturing and validating.
• Responsible for tester setup, debug, test yield tracking and improvement, analysis and improvement.
• Perform tester GR&R and improvements to meet manufacturing standards.
• To participate in root cause analysis on high failure rate components and customer return product.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures and schedules to prevent equipment downtime.
• Manage in Process Improvement in term of Yield, Equipment Troubleshooting and Test Automation in sphere of PCBA product testing.
• Analysis on AOI First Pass Yield (FPY), plant wide SMT AOI Yield, defects rates and drive SMT Engineer, Process Engineer for improvement.
• Support in false call reduction in AOI, SPI and X-ray programming
• Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Gauge R&R study and calibration for AOI, SPI and X-ray
• Lead a group of AOI technicians to achieve AOI, X-Ray yield and False Call
• Support in internal and external 8D, CAR or ACAR detection root cause analysis and write up for SMT
• Enforce in the production line correct processing based on SOP's and working instructions
• Able to work independently.
