Technical Recruiter

As a Tech Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top‑tier tech talent to support our growing business needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure we bring on board candidates who align with our company’s vision and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Sourcing Excellence : Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech forums.
• Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand their staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Market Insights : Provide insights into tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
• Diversity Hiring : Develop strategies to attract diverse talent and create an inclusive hiring process.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
