Team Leader

JobScope :

Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of BYD Corporate Identity (CI), Mystery Shopper (MS), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) standards.

Assist in monitoring sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.

Assist in managing sales and showroom operations to support efficient and effective daily activities.

Assist in planning and preparing sales initiatives and activities to achieve targeted KPIs.

Monitor training participation and track individual sales progress to support team development and performance improvement.

Requirements :

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales, with exposure to team coordination or leadership preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a sales team.

Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
