What you will do :
- Operate, monitor, and maintain facilities systems : electrical, HVAC, compressed air, CDA (Clean Dry Air), process cooling water (PCW), chilled water, DI / UPW, vacuum, exhaust, nitrogen, and specialty gas systems.
- Conduct daily rounds, inspections, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance with specifications.
- Support troubleshooting and repair of critical utilities, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety.
- Assist in system start-up, testing & commissioning activities for utilities and facilities equipment.
- Collaborate with project teams and contractors during installation and qualification phases. Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and participate in punch-list verification.
What you bring :
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Facilities Engineering (or related field).Minimum 5 years of working in facilities / utilities maintenance, preferably in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing.Prior greenfield / start-up project experience is highly advantageous.Strong understanding of cleanroom requirements, HVAC, CDA, PCW, DI / RODI, vacuum, exhaust, and gas distribution systems.Familiarity with PLC, BMS, SCADA, and monitoring systems. Knowledge of preventive & predictive maintenance strategies. Safety-conscious with knowledge of EHS protocols and emergency response.Why join us? Break new ground with us :
