Job Description Summary

Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties / facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for optimal system performance.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for timely and quality service delivery.
• Oversee repair, renovation, and special project work, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Assist in managing the facilities budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and address identified issues promptly.
• Align with AMD EHS policies to mitigate risks and ensure employee safety.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal OSH regulations and liaison with regulatory bodies.
