Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition
- Fluent in Mandarin, Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
- Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination
- Detail-oriented, Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Assist in job posting on various platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.)Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for interviewSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewersJoin interview sessions with hiring managers and take notes or assist in evaluationAssist in preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentsSupport university career fairs and recruitment campaignsMaintain employee records and ensure proper filing and documentationBenefits
