Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
  • Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination
  • Detail-oriented, Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in job posting on various platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for interview
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
  • Join interview sessions with hiring managers and take notes or assist in evaluation
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts and onboarding documents
  • Support university career fairs and recruitment campaigns
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing and documentation
