We’re currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within Risk & Compliance in the Financial Services industry.

Contract : 12 Months (Renewable based on performance)

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–3 concurrent cross-functional projects , including migration and centralisation of AML services across business units and enhancements to eGRC systems (Compliance & Risk functionalities).
• Drive end-to-end project delivery , aligned with business and regulatory priorities
• Lead stakeholder engagement across Business, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Vendors
• Manage project planning , resource allocation , and budget tracking
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• Provide governance and reporting to executive leadership
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within Financial Services
• Proven success in business project delivery (not tech / engineering / construction)
• Hands-on experience in Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory projects
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in regional or global matrix organizations is a strong advantage
