Identify, research and engage potential customers in F&B, central kitchens, hypermarkets and supermarkets to drive sales of frozen vegetables (e.g., mixed vegetables, corn, berries, etc.).
Provide customers with marketing insights and recommendations to enhance product visibility and sales.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Plan, coordinate and participate in food product exhibitions to expand market reach.
Gather and analyse market data, prepare reports and track sales performance.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to recommend product improvements and new offerings.
Job Requirements :
Relevant experience in a related field is required.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. (Mandarin is an added advantage due to the business nature.)
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
Strong customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
