Business Development Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanRelevant experience in a related field is required. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. (Mandarin is an added advantage due to the business nature.) Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and solving challenges. Strong customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams. Willingness to travel when necessary. Experience in HORECA industry.
Job Description :
- Identify, research and engage potential customers in F&B, central kitchens, hypermarkets and supermarkets to drive sales of frozen vegetables (e.g., mixed vegetables, corn, berries, etc.).
- Provide customers with marketing insights and recommendations to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Plan, coordinate and participate in food product exhibitions to expand market reach.
- Gather and analyse market data, prepare reports and track sales performance.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to recommend product improvements and new offerings.
